Visitors to the site can pat a koala, handfeed kangaroos, and walk with dingoes, as well as talk to the resident parrots and hold a python. Emphasis is placed on interactive experiences here, and visitors are able to learn more about the animals in front of them through a variety of interactive exhibits and talks.
There are hourly guided tours inside the koala enclosure, giving visitors the chance to discover the behavioural habits of these cute critters, and there are talks by the experienced animal keepers throughout the day.
